We are licensed mental health providers in the state of New York. We work with clients with many concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, OCD, and ADHD.We also help many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. Our  counseling style is warm and interactive. We believe in treating everyone with dignity, respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Our  approach combines cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, rational-emotive counseling, motivational, and solution-focused therapy.
